About myself.

I am a dedicated psychologist with over 3 years of experience in supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong emphasis on being trauma-informed and person-centered. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) when tailored interventions are required.

Over the course of my practice, I have had the privilege of working with more than 150 clients, helping them navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and suicidal ideation. I also provide guidance in improving interpersonal relationships, fostering healthier connections with others.

My goal as a therapist is to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will work collaboratively to help you better understand yourself, develop resilience, and empower you to overcome life's challenges.
